  根據反(fan)饋原理(li):要想(xiang)維持一個物理(li)量不變或基(ji)本不變,就應該引(yin)這(zhe)(zhe)個物理(li)量與恒(heng)值比較,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)閉(bi)環系統(tong)。我們(men)要想(xiang)保持水壓的(de)恒(heng)定,因(yin)此就必(bi)須引(yin)入水壓反(fan)饋值與給(gei)定值比較,從而形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)閉(bi)環系統(tong)。但被控制(zhi)的(de)系統(tong)特點是(shi)非線性、大慣(guan)性的(de)系統(tong),現在控制(zhi)和PID相結(jie)合的(de)方(fang)法,在壓力波動較大時(shi)(shi)使(shi)用模糊(hu)控制(zhi),以加快響應速度(du);在壓力范圍較小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)采用PID來(lai)保持靜(jing)態精度(du)。這(zhe)(zhe)通(tong)過PLC加智(zhi)能(neng)儀(yi)表可(ke)時(shi)(shi)現該算法,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)對PLC的(de)編程來(lai)時(shi)(shi)現泵的(de)工頻與變頻之(zhi)間的(de)切換。實踐(jian)證明,使(shi)用這(zhe)(zhe)種方(fang)法是(shi)可(ke)行的(de),而且造價也(ye)不高。

  用變(bian)頻調速來實(shi)現恒壓供水(shui),與用調節(jie)閥門來實(shi)現恒壓供水(shui)相比,節(jie)能效果十分(fen)顯著(可根據具體情況計算出來)。其優(you)點是(shi):
  1、起動(dong)平衡,起動(dong)電(dian)流可限(xian)制在額定電(dian)流以(yi)內,從而避(bi)免(mian)了起動(dong)時(shi)對電(dian)網(wang)的沖擊;
  2、由于泵(beng)的平均轉速(su)降低(di)了,從而可延(yan)長泵(beng)和閥門等的使(shi)用壽命;
  3、可以消(xiao)除起動(dong)和停機時的水錘效應;
  一般地說(shuo),當(dang)由一臺變頻(pin)器控(kong)制一臺電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機時(shi)(shi)(shi),只(zhi)需使變頻(pin)器的配(pei)用電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機容量(liang)(liang)與實(shi)際電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機容量(liang)(liang)相符(fu)即可。當(dang)一臺變頻(pin)器同時(shi)(shi)(shi)控(kong)制兩臺電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機時(shi)(shi)(shi),原(yuan)則上變頻(pin)器的配(pei)用電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機容量(liang)(liang)應等于兩臺電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的容量(liang)(liang)之和(he)。但(dan)如(ru)在高峰負(fu)載時(shi)(shi)(shi)的用水(shui)量(liang)(liang)比兩臺水(shui)泵(beng)全速供水(shui)量(liang)(liang)相差很多時(shi)(shi)(shi),可考慮(lv)適當(dang)減小變頻(pin)器的容量(liang)(liang),但(dan)應注意留有足(zu)夠(gou)的容量(liang)(liang)。
  雖然水泵在低速(su)運行時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流較(jiao)小。但是,當(dang)用戶的(de)(de)(de)用水量(liang)變化頻(pin)(pin)繁時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)將處于頻(pin)(pin)繁的(de)(de)(de)升、降(jiang)速(su)狀態(tai),而升、降(jiang)速(su)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流可略超(chao)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)過熱(re)。因(yin)此,電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)是必需的(de)(de)(de)。對于這種由于頻(pin)(pin)繁地(di)升、降(jiang)速(su)而積累起來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)溫升,變頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)內的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子熱(re)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)功(gong)能是難以(yi)起到保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作用的(de)(de)(de),所(suo)以(yi)應(ying)采用熱(re)繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)來(lai)進行電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)。
  在(zai)主(zhu)要功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)預置(zhi)方面,最高頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)應(ying)以電動機的(de)額定(ding)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)為變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)的(de)最高工作(zuo)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、降速時間(jian)(jian)在(zai)采用PID調節器(qi)的(de)情(qing)況下,升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)、降速時間(jian)(jian)應(ying)盡量設(she)定(ding)得(de)短一些,以免(mian)影響由PID調節器(qi)決定(ding)的(de)動態(tai)響應(ying)過程。如變(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)器(qi)本身(shen)具(ju)有PID調節功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)時,只要在(zai)預置(zhi)時設(she)定(ding)PID功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)有效(xiao),則所(suo)設(she)定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)速和降速時間(jian)(jian)將自(zi)動失效(xiao)。

      這種供(gong)水(shui)方(fang)式水(shui)池的水(shui)面高于水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的葉(xie)輪,使水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的葉(xie)輪處(chu)于全淹(yan)沒狀態(tai),水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)吸(xi)水(shui)可靠。根(gen)據(ju)(ju)實際需要(yao)可設置2-4臺水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)并聯恒壓供(gong)水(shui),泵(beng)(beng)組全部循(xun)環軟(ruan)啟動(dong)(dong),根(gen)據(ju)(ju)用水(shui)量的大小控(kong)制自動(dong)(dong)補泵(beng)(beng)和減泵(beng)(beng),幾臺泵(beng)(beng)自動(dong)(dong)定(ding)時(shi)交換(huan)運行,根(gen)據(ju)(ju)使用場所的不同實現變量恒壓、變量變壓供(gong)水(shui),進一步提(ti)高節(jie)能效果。

      設(she)備采用潛水泵(beng)變(bian)頻控制(zhi)(zhi),可以(yi)是一臺泵(beng),也可以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)多臺泵(beng),每臺泵(beng)均根(gen)據(ju)用水量(liang)的變(bian)化自動投入(ru)運行。
